Alicean Harwood

Alicean Harwood stuck by us for 13 months. We went through the resale process during the height of the market boom, and she helped us switch to a new build. She navigated us through each step in the year it took to build! We couldn't have done it without her, and we will continue to use her and recommend her to everyone we know! Alicean is a great very in tune with the request and is quick to understand what we were looking to find. She provided enough options to where we were able to come to the best decision and never felt like we were being pushed in any direction. Her approach is great. I have moved over 12 times and have bought and sold 10 homes and Alicean is by far one of the best people I have ever dealt with, She is incredibly attention oriented, efficient and quick. She makes the entire experience a breeze. I recommended her to my son who also ended up finding exactly what he wanted thanks to Alicean.

Alicean was so great at keeping us informed of how things were going every step of the way. She was always available when we contacted her. It was quick and problem free. She was very easy to work with and I felt we were being well taken care at all times. We were very satisfied with both the selling of one home and the buying of another. Incredible from beginning to end. Alicean was always ready to answer questions and make sure that we felt comfortable and secure in the decisions we were making. She gave us insight on some things that only a seasoned realtor would know. There wasn't a single part of selling or buying that she didn't give us 110% oh her time and effort. Our young son is sad that the process is over and he will no longer get to see Mrs. Alicean on a regular basis!
